I would really love to know why. Is he just not that good? Did he peak in high school?

My guess is that he's been a step behind in practice so Porter would have no incentive to play him...even against lesser talent.

I tend to disagree with that. He should be playing today to see if he's going to be able to compete at all.

Not a great look seeing Hall and Hebb arguing. Hebb going 0/2 at the line. Etc., etc.

Something clearly looks off with Hall. He went through stretches last year where he was missing shots, but I don’t remember it being this bad.

Hutson, on the other hand, looks very promising. Obviously has some room to grow and improve, but I like his passing. And, obviously, size.

Welch is the best player on the court by far. Outstanding player development by him and the staff. He runs the floor reaaaaally well for his size.

Hutson looks like he needed the redshirt year. His conditioning needs some work. Really like his passing ability though. Wonder if they’re hiding his shooting ability until conference play. He’s rolled to the basket but hasn’t faded to the 3 point line yet.

I’d rather be crushing this team but glad the back end of the bench is getting time.

I don't mind guys getting on each other about missed assignments on defense.

After those first 5 minutes or so the score is more what should be expected. Especially playing mostly bench players. I’m guessing Porter is more concerned with how the offense and defense are being run, than he is about running it up.

Agreed, I want players talking and holding each other accountable. Seemed pretty standard to me.

They must not play defense where Hebb comes from.
