Definitely two of the biggest homers we've heard in a long time. Wichita State does have a great defense, but us missing wide open shots is not a result of great defense. But, whatever. They did have a decent point earlier when they asked where Milton Doyle (or Boyle) was....is it me or has it been a trend this year that Doyle really doesn't show up in the first half of games?

Wouldn't be so bad if we could make some shots.

I love that WSU is saying that they aren't playing well. They're shooting over 50% (which is more than their season average). Meanwhile, we are missing high percentage shots (of our own doing) and shooting about 25%. Clearly WSU is just so good at everything.

Made a little run to get it respectable, and then a couple of turnovers and a block, and now we're gun shy again. You can do things two ways, loosen up and play through it, embracing the crowd noise, or you can get rattled. I hope that before the game is over we can put together a good run to make the scoreboard look less damning, and figure out how to play confident and within ourselves.

It is no longer raining. It is pouring.

As has been said, if we hit some open shots, maybe the lead is only 10 by now. But this Shocker team is leaps and bounds better than our young Ramblers.

Our defense hasn't been as good as we expect on our rebounding has seemed lacking.

I mean, let's be honest...the game is the way it is because WE can't make high percentage shots. Certainly, WSU plays good D but that's not why the Ramblers are shooting 25%

Nonsense, the announcers say the defense has been beautiful.

I don't disagree. Like I said, our D hasn't been up to the standards we as Shocker fans expect.
