I am going to plead ignorance on this THURSDAY business.

Is there a play-in game on Thurs. or what's the deal?

The 7-8-9-10 teams play on Thursday. 7 plays 10, and the winner advances to play the 2 seed on Friday. 8 plays 9, and the winner meets #1 Wichita State. If you can somehow get to the six seed, you avoid Thursday altogether, and face #3 on Friday. Given the liklelihood that #3 might be UNI (who plays crappy away from home), you've got a real shot at making it to the semi-finals on Saturday.

The 7 through 10 teams in the MVC are like finishing anywhere below third in the HL, except that all the games are on a neutral court.

We've got to be one of the few teams in the country who can shoot over 50% in a game but barely scratch out over 60% from the free throw line.

We clearly have no depth (at least not with experience) to bail us out in these overtime games. I don't know what it is, but we have to figure out how to close games out and continue to play even more aggressively when we have the lead rather than passively turn the ball over.

O'Leary seems pretty lost out there.

Osborne is a fouling machine. He has so much potential, but I wonder if the coaches have done anything to help with his development.

Did Cody Johnson play today?

Well...at least we don't suck at everything.

Guess I am glad I stayed to emcee a program at St Hilary's.

From what I read, it appears we lost on the boards--I do not know this, of course--but if true, PM should drop everything and recriut BIG GUYS who can play--Easier said than done--BUT......

Now then Doyle and his pals appeared to have scored as always--Turk, Keke Christian and his 26 or so pts !!

Only my opinion but if you do not make freebies and lose the boards, you can score 100 points and still will lose !!

Remember--SIXTH youngest team--We will get the hang of it---Two home games coming up !! Win them both and we see what happens.

Brot is --disappointed but we will be OK---Nothing like a dull winner coming up after ALL the exciting losses.

We have a nucleus of a good team.

I agree...that's why it's so frustrating. I feel like we're always competitive, but we find a way to lose.

Nope. Didn't even get to the scorer's table.

This is the second game I can recall this year where we had a chance to win in regulation, but missed a free throw with under :30 to send it to overtime. (I can't remember if that happened in Portland).

Now our best remaining chance to win on the road comes at Drake.

Per the pregame show, he's been sick for the past two days.

I'm glad I chose to go to the men's volleyball game today and missed the second half and overtime.

I caught Moser's post game comments and he was pretty much in disbelief about the foul call with 0:01 left in the game. Did anyone see it? Usually a lot of stuff is let go in that situation (like UNI literally throwing Thomas to the ground by the shoulder to give Tuttle a wide open putback, which he fortunately missed).

It looked like a foul to me, but I was on the other end of the court

You and 1833 other fans, which is more (I think) than a couple of Rambler home basketball games this year.
