Obviously it sounds like Valentine is the candidate. Anyone from the staff we think will join Moser in OU?

Matt Gordon has been with Porter a long time. If anyone goes with him, he would be my guess.

Lets all agree to drop the word 'culture" and "happiness" as they are tainted. Like the word Tylenol.

Are they?

Archie Miller. Is available, but can’t go wrong with Valentine.

I’m in on valentine. As cliche as the culture is, I don’t want to become a random stop for P5 assistants or midmajor coaches moving up. I want to be a desired job and keep Moser’s program moving forward. I think that’s possible, and I think the only guys that can do it are Valentine and Mullins. And Mullins isn’t coming back

Brad Stevens wouldn't leave the celtics for Indiana but maybe he will leave for us.

edit: when Steve calls Brad he needs to make sure he pitches the Cubs tickets.

I'm glad we've got Steve Watson making the decision. He has made a lot of great hires. No matter who is chosen I at least can trust that it was the best decision.

Couldn't agree more. Watson is our secret weapon. Look how the whole athletic dept. is performing.

I love it. Sounds like we had a succession plan in place. Hope we keep all of our guys.

And hey, maybe Krut and Lucas say "we really like Coach Drew...let's help him out in his first year as HC and come back." A man can dream.

Coach Drew LU! Continue the culture.
