Big Joe, What did Keke do to draw the flagrant foul after the refs reviewed the video?

Before he scored the basket to cut the lead to three, he was moving without the ball. He cut down the lane to the block, and got tangled up with the defender. He basically smacked the guy in the head. It was a foul. I don't know how it was decided to review it since they didn't blow the whistle when it happened.

In rewatching it, you are right...it was a foul. I don't know how it's ok to go back when there was no whistle. Additionally, it's ridiculous to see Barnes basically hugging Keke. It was not the first time that night that a Bradley player got away with hugging or holding a Rambler. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not to mention, I recall Keke getting slapped in the head early in the 2nd half. No foul. No review. No flagrant. That type of thing is inexcusable to me.

gotta keep your cool in a tight game.I think you are probably correct that it was payback for something earlier but they dont take payback into consideration. It was the hit to the face that was the issue.I think they have new rules about hits to the neck and face. But I would also like to know how that came to be reviewed since it wasnt even called as a foul at the time.

Yeah. I wasn't a huge fan of the refs either.

But they didn't turn the ball over 18 times. That was us, sadly.

I wonder if somebody ever only exercised one side of their body (i.e. right versus left). I would like to see what that would look like.

They reviewed the White foul to see if it was flagrant and determined that it was. They also reviewed to see if they could still make that call since it didn't happen right away. I don't entirely understand the ruling, but they were apparently within the rules to make the call at that point. From the numerous angles I viewed it did appear to be a borderline flagrant. I also, independently, looked at when Jeff got hit in the face earlier and it appeared incidental to me.

Porter was screaming at the refs after the Keke foul to review another play where he thought Bradley was throwing elbows. They didn't look. The player was trying to create space, but did not land any elbows.

Lastly, both coaches were bitching and moaning the whole game about contact to the point they sounded like little girls complaining to the teacher.
