If you read the 247Sports article bmh_twosix linked to, you'll see that Quinn mentioned "strength and conditioning" as one of the things he was looking at in a program, so I think he recognizes he needs to improve in this area.

I wonder if Loyola will end up losing anyone to transfer. I wouldn't be shocked if Hutson looked elsewhere as he got buried (deservedly so). If they bring a big man in and the Ivies get another year, he may be 4th string.

With 7 seniors leaving, I doubt that we will lose many to the transfer portal. I am not sure how many transfers we can take.
