Wow ! I guess I am lucky I cannot watch another debacle !! Way back a couple of weeks ago we were discussing if this worked out or that worked out good things would happen--But one of the guys said unless we tanked the last games.--We we sank--No question, it is apparent we have been a fairly poor team.
Oh we can hang in for a while--but we just do not have enough players. Is Keke just having a bad night ?? Or has he been playing over his head ?? A point dpes not turn the ball over--Even I know that.
This season is just about done--especially so when we make errors wholesale. Lots of work to do--a lot. This is a guard league--We had better have something coming up next yera or maybe Keke maturing--Looks as if the only position we have set is where Milton plays--Maybe and Osborne at 4 and Christian at 5 or the reverse--BUT that is about it--Turk with his threes is OK --but darn little else.

And another thing--lately we have been spooked at beginnings of second halfs. This , I fear is on Porter. Too inflexible ??? Can he not change up--It appears he is predictable !!

We shouldn't really expect to win road games at this point, but at the very least we shouldn't have to expect to look like a Class 3A high school team in losing. 38 points. 23 turnovers. 27% field goal shooting. 1-18 on threes.

I don't think we looked as good as a 3A school.

A Disgrace---I do not care what league we play in--THIRTY EIGHT POINTS !! Why , good heavens I was in school in 1947-51 , the hey day of low scoring games--Even then we would get at least 40 POINTS --AND that was because Coach Haggerty PLAYED OXEN-BALL !! We were great when we got FIFTY--He did not like it though. That was SIXTY YEARS AGO !!!! It was against the likes of Marquette De Pewl,Xavier, Okla A &M (now Okla St), Georgetown, Notre Dame , Syracuse, Wisc, Yes and Kentucky--All BIG TIME TEAMS----Look it up--We even played Bradley and Detroit.
I am sorry folks-I am ashamed--totally devastated, I had such high hopes--Has Porter sold us all a bill of goods ?? If this is CULTURE CHANGE, I want none of it.

I shall wait til next year to go to Arch Madness--We will be better then--but how much ???

When I saw the final score on the television screen, I thought that it had to be a mistake or a half-time score. It seemed impossibly low. Did everybody have a bad night all at the same time? What happened?
Depressed. If I feel depressed, I can only imagine how bad the team must feel.
