Just read on the Verbal Commits web site that Loyola offered a scholarship today to 6-6 Aaron Brennan (2014) from Noblesville, Indiana. I know the coaching staff has been following him for quite some time. The site also had that yesterday Loyola offered to Jay Knuth (2014), a 6-4 small forward from Johnston, Iowa and last week offered Mack Mercer (2014), a 6-9 power forward from Plymouth, Indiana. Verbal Commits rates all three as 2 star prospects.

It appears the coaching staff has been quite busy!

Definitely! We have also offered a scholarship to Jordan Garnett (6-6 SF; Warren Central H.S, Indiana). From what I've heard, the coaches are recruiting Indiana's Class of 2014 pretty hard right now!

That's good to hear. The 2014 class in Indiana has been talked up as being better than the loaded 2012 class which produced over 50 D1 signees (including Osborne and O'Leary).

/This could also be a bad sign that some of our earlier, higher starred recruits, Tyler Ulis,Vic Law and Sean Omara are no longer in the picture.Ulis and Law have been getting big time attention from NU. Coach Collins is making an impact for NU

This just popped up on rivals: we've offered Patrick McCaw out of St. Louis. 6'5 3 Star shooting guard. Seems to have plenty of buzz around him as Va Tech, OK St. and our new MVC opponents Bradley and Illinois St. have offered the kid.

And NU lost Hardy to Georgetown; could possibly stall some Chicago recruiting for them?

Marquise Pryor, who we had offered before his legal troubles, signed with Lee College in Texas. Maybe the JuCo route will help him

I don't know if we're still on him, but I do hope that kid straightens it all out in JUCO.

Loyola (IL) has offered 2015 Eric Gordon All-Stars (IN) PG Nick Rogers. Per Alex Kline.

We were on this kid as well. I guess it's one thing to lose a kid like Henry to DePaul mainly due to a Big East vs. MVC comparaison, but that can't be a good sign losing a kid to Belmont...
