I put on my Hawaii 5-0 hat and did some investigative work..re-reading 08s submissions. Two things stuck out.One he made a very positive comment about the interim SID..Leo and he seems to be attached to the guys that have become associated with St. Leos. I then went to Brunos with a fedora, a copy of the New York Times and a carnation in my lapel and hung out at the corner of the bar asking if anyone had seen Jerry Lyne. I discovered that the beer is cold and at the appropriate temperature gets better as the day goes along.
After devoting myself to a day of investigation I have come to the conclusion that it is either
1. Leo ( I wonder if this is his real name?) has become full time SID or 2. One of the guys from St. Leo is coming back as an assistant coach.

Honestly I am hoping that it is something to do with the periphery of the program. It is enough for the coach to have to coach...The other parts,crowd, atmosphere,publicity have to be taken care of by competent people working as hard as the coach. It seem we did not have either a full time marketing group or permanent SID this past year. All the gears have to mesh if we are going to move up the ladder

Smoke - yes, I know Leo well from my time at LU. He's a great guy - will do a great job if he's given the permanent job.

And yes re: St Leo. JR is a good friend, played alongside him for 3 yrs. Known Lance since I was a 6'6" 160 lb 14 year old, as I played for his dad in high school, then was fortunate to have him as an assistant my senior yr at LU. He deserves and will get a DI job soon. I am very happy for JR that he is learning from him.

Based on this response, none of us have guessed correctly.
