Swella just described the late Gene Sullivan, who was hired as AD in the early 80's, and had quite a positive impact on the program. A Sully clone would be great for the Ramblers.

that aside ..since Grace is staying til mid-May and we are just now starting a search committee can we assume that Grace was not any pressure to leave?????????

This is pure speculation on my part, but I think the simultaneous departures of Calhoun and Kelly are not a mere coincidence.

It looks more like Garanzini decided to do a little spring cleaning in Loyola's Division of Student Development.

If I was the AD, I'd stay until mid-May as Loyola is hosting all matches of the men's volleyball national championship April 29-May 3.

I laughed out loud at this.

Moser will be under pressure to win next year with a new AD. I say a .500 record MAY get him another year as it would show progress, but if you guys struggle much, you'll be looking for a new coach for '15-'16.
