Just saw that the Ohio St. AD got an 18,000 bonus for one of their wrasslers making the NCAA finals. It is in his contract that every indiidual or team that succeeds at a certain level he gets a bump!
this made me wonder what Graces contract was and what it should be to get a top notcher that can get us to the top. Or for that matter how would you structure the contract???

Of course the problem with that is a wrestler wins big, and only the AD gets paid...

If LU can find an AD that gets MBB to the tourney, I'm all for them getting a bonus. Players don't need to be paid for that but a professional administrator that helps steer the ship that way should certainly be compensated.
