The Ramblers still have a spot available (probably 2 if you take away Tanner Williams)...

This tweet from Tanner sounds like he's leaving Loyola:

Yeah, we're at 19 and counting

With an attitude such as he projects in his tweet, who needs him ?? Certainly not a RAMBLER team on the rise !!
So get busy Porter, replace him with someone loyal at least

My guess, Brot, based on a conversation with someone who knows the situtation, is that Loyola was probably more responsible for his decision to leave. It's very unlikely that he will ever play again beyond light pick up games for excercise, so it's not a basketball decision. I'm satisfied that it was a financial and family issue, not "loyalty."

Well,63 thanks for your comments--You are probably right---It is just the tone of his tweet that got to me. On another score , it is time we all woke up to the new thing in College Sports--If you want success . we must get tough with the kids--Not good enough ? See ya !!!--Sad as it is--AND I wish for the olden days BUT now it is what it is---Although Ireland was not a lovable guy so they say--BUT he got results in the end. As did Sully.

Klu wishes for the old days as do I---But to win these days, you MUST be prepared to cut out the chaff--as the chaff does to us from time to time. (Paynes ??)
