He took token unofficials to Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana as well. I'm pretty sure Bradley was recruiting him decently hard as well. I think he might have gotten a couple of offers from B1G schools if he waited a little longer, but I don't think he would've been a star in that conference or even have gotten the opportunity for playing time that LU could give him.
From what I've seen on video and scouting reports I've read, he a more complete player than Turk (better defensively, creating his own shot, shooting inside the arc, and driving to the bucket) and still about as deadly from 3 range as Turk.
I'm pumped that PM was able to land a really solid guy that we targeted from the get-go and someone who I think has the potential to blossom as a player (with or without Porter). Welcome to Loyola Roosevelt!!
