Another good defensive performance. Here are the lowest point totals for Bradley on the season:

45 at Memphis
47 vs. UC Irvine
47 at Kansas State
49 at Loyola
49 vs. TCU

That's quality company. Meanwhile, Loyola's 64 points are tied for 5th most against the Braves in their 14 games.

The Ramblers have held UTSA (tie with TCU), Jackson State, Texas Tech, and Boise State to their lowest point totals on the season. Our last three opponents (Texas Tech, Boise State, Bradley) have averaged 46 points against us. That's not a fluke.

A trifecta of fabulosity: 1. Dollar hotdogs. 2. No PSAs at halftime. 3....I know there was a third one...Oh yeah. We won!

Not to toot my own horn but...

Not our best game, but far from our worst game. The defense is still showing up, and the depth is huge for us. Despite off nights from Milt (7 points, 3 turnovers), James (11 minutes, 0 points), and Crisman (9 minutes?) we had great games from Thomas and Turk. Ingram is growing as a player. Even Keke made a huge difference despite not registering a single point. I think that PM is not done building the program, but I would be remiss not to say that this team has not only exceeded expectations but also have taken a major step forward with the Loyola Basketball Renaissance.

Meanwhile, Indiana State upsets Illinois State in Normal, 63-61. Illinois State was looking like a team that would battle for the 3-4-5 spots in the league, and now they've got a steeper climb with a loss at home to a team figured for Thursday.
