Great game and atmosphere yesterday. Always fun when that place gets loud like that in the second half.

Tyson put in some good minutes; lot of grit and intensity on defense along with a HUGE rebound over Johnson late in the game. Hopefully he can keep providing a solid 10 off the bench. Bruno didn't hit his scoring high but outside his 3pt shooting this arguably his best game... He's pretty nice on the drive; would like to see him more. I watched part of the replay and Adams was praising his PreGame prep and poise late in the game which I'd have to agree with.

Ben only had five points but they were a CLUTCH 5 to go along with a big steal. Sick or not I'm not overly worried about Clayton. He'll have peaks and valleys given this is really his first year starting in college basketball, love that he was gutting it out tho.

Aundre, Donte, and Milton continue to lead the offensive charge; no quit in anyone on this team. Hopefully we can get out and stay out ahead of UNI, who may be getting their mojo back after beating down Drake....

To them, the only schools that exist in Chicago are Northwestern and DePaul. One pays to advertise all the time on their station, and the other has their games broadcast on 670. Any other school doesn't exist in their minds. That's the tough part about getting more people to games. More people will go if people are talking about the games, but if you can't even get mentioned on the airwaves, where does the hype build from? And in the radio's mind, they're not going to waste air time talking about games nobody goes to see. Chicken/egg scenario.

Well to comment on Grads post, the Media has deserted the prime reason to exist--that is in this case to report fairly on ALL Chicago major College Hoops.
It obviously galls them that WE are the best in the area which also has the BEST player ---
In a small way, it is just like the Media POLITIC--Pitiful

I keep hearing from the Trib and Sun Times asking me to subscribe--I always say NO for the reason stated above.

Our lack of Media support is totally unacceptable.

BTW the Cleve Plain Dealer covers ALL Major College Hoops All season long from OSU to CSU Kent Akron BW all the way to John Carroll !!!
