Winnable game makes it worse.

99 wins for Lucas Williamson and Cam Krutwig. I enjoyed every win. It’s been great.

The missed free throws and wide open 3's are going to haunt me all offseason.

I still have not watched the game, dont know if I can, but this last post and several of the other posts...highlite a key factor all year....we have been an inconsistent 3 point shooting team...we have been hot and we have been cold...and in the Sweet 16 you probably cannot be cold....and dont forget how we started the season with poor free throw shooting...but all said and done it was a great season....how lucky are we. RAMMMMMBLLLLERRRRSSSSS

The shots just didn't fall. It happens all the time in the Tournament.

It's just painful because out of all 8 ncaa tournament games in the last two runs, this was the most winnable game entering.

Hopefully there will be many more opportunities to feel NCAA disappointment in the future.

Great season for the Ramblers!

This is so true. Great point. That's what I get for feeling confident going into a huge game!

Echo of the Drake weekend. Statement win followed by an ugly offensive outing.

Playing to win and then playing not to lose. Tough way to end the season and careers(?) of these kids and yet there is so much to celebrate. I hope the university figures something out if they do move on so we can properly show our appreciation as a fanbase to contribution this team made to the school.

I don't think it was a matter of not playing to lose. They weren't tentative or fearful at all on Saturday. OSU has a smothering defense that has fueled a hot streak for them. They played great defense and it was coupled with Loyola having a bad shooting night. I know this will sound like heresy but I didn't think it was a very good coaching game for Moser.

Loyola should be looking to put some kind of commemoration of this senior group's wins in the rafters. Obviously Krutwig will eventually be up there with the greats from the past. However, I'd love to see something like a big 99 banner with Williamson and Krutwig on it.

If Moser stays, would it be premature to put his name up there as well?

Halftime:

Houston 34
Oregon St 17

Feels like that should have been our halftime score.

Haven't visited Ramblermania since our game against Oregon State.

Any news?
