Great game by Townes..... He only had 2 points at halftime and ended with 19. Williamson had that enormous three...

You see . all I had to do was mention OXENBLL and the boys res[pmded nicely !! I trily did fell we wpuld win by more but I will take it !!

Fun game, that was a brilliant defensive effort and really some NICE ball movement in the second half. Came out sloppy, but ground it a win. I also think it’s foolish to assume this is another bad Evansville team. They played ISUr tight as well and had a pretty decent non-con resume.

We also won without our starting point guard and Donte only scored 3. Also we started two freshmen.

Evansville isn’t bad, I think this was their first game healthy in a while. But if we aren’t ice cold in the first have we win by double digits. Defense was great throughout, and a good amount of their points in the 2nd half came from Hail Mary shots (They’re Methodist, it works).

All in all a satisfying comeback conference W.

I’ll say this as well, although it may sound odd, I was relatively pleased with the turnout. No students, because of break, freezing cold temps, and I’d say there was probably around 2,000 there. Obviously could be better, but getting better.

I have said it many times but we just have SO MANY GUNS !! Porter is proving himself to be a fine Coach==It is a long way to go but with our depth and our coach we are due to go a long way--NICE COME BACK INDEED !! Krutwig was being surrouded so PM we nt elsewhere ---Ta Da SUCCESS !! Soon we shall have a NINE man rotation.

I love it !!
